Même Terre presents its Climate Clues at the Climate Academy

Students from middle schools in the Île-de-France region and their families came to test our game Climate Clues at the International Weather and Climate Forum in Paris. The goal: to debunk unscientific climate skeptics arguments!

Two versions of the game were presented, tailored to the participants' ages: one for the age of 11 - 14 to grasp the concepts of climate change, and the other for the age of 15 and older offering more in-depth information. The game presents arguments from climate skeptics, which some participants must act out, and illustrations based on scientific climate data, which the participants, playing the role of climate experts, must interpret. With our guidance, the players explored the evolution of Earth's climate, from the past to the future, and developed their critical thinking skills in the face of misinformation.
